Classes change seasonally and range from 5 to 16 weeks long. Depending on the season, New Moon Tai Chi offers classes in Glenville NY, and Burnt-Hills Ballston Lake, NY.

Types of Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi can be practiced by anyone at any age. The following are common tai chi styles that are introduced into New Moon Tai Chi classes:
- Yang Style
- Wu Style
- Sun Style
- Qi Gong Style - A form of combined exercise that has been used to enhance well-being in those with various forms of ailments. These are forms of meditation in motion and their effect on the mind is as profound as their effect on the body.
