CLass Schedule: ( 2024 ) STARTING FRIDAY august 23 - november 8 (No Class on 9/27 &11/1)- 10 week session from 10:30am to 11:30am AT THE GLENVILLE SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER- 32 WORDEN RD GLENVILLE-THIS IS A 10 WEEK COURSE-FEE IS 70.00 (TOTAL) PER PERSON. This class is introduction to Wudang Tai Chi. Looking for balance ,blood circulation, more mobility for arthritis problems, let these tai chi movements help you re-energize. location: pashley school gym in glenville. this course is offered through the burnt hills-ballston lake school district. the course will be available from the school district in the month of september.

Types of Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi can be practiced by anyone at any age. The following are common tai chi styles that are introduced into New Moon Tai Chi classes:
- Yang Style
- Wu Style
- Sun Style
- Qi Gong Style - A form of combined exercise that has been used to enhance well-being in those with various forms of ailments. These are forms of meditation in motion and their effect on the mind is as profound as their effect on the body.
