What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art thought to be 1,200 years old. It began in China and is practiced for both its defense training and health benefits.
Tai Chi is a form of exercise that anyone can practice, at any age or experience level, and has been said to create balance in the body and mind.
Today, Tai Chi has spread worldwide. Most modern styles of Tai Chi trace their development to one of the five traditional schools: Chen, Yang, Wu/Hao, Wu, and Sun.
